PayLineGlobal may use, retain and disclose this information to comply with any applicable federal legislation requiring PayLineGlobal to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each entity with which it establishes a Merchant relationship, and evaluate your eligibility for a User or a Merchant account, which may involve disclosure to relevant financial institutions. PayLineGlobal may use, or disclose your information to third parties for the additional purposes of facilitating and completing user-action or merchant-initiated or authorized transactions, complying with laws, including credit reporting laws, card association rules, assisting in preventing fraud, or informing you about general company news, product updates, feature developments, card association rules, and industry trends.
A customer (end user) who purchase through PayLineGlobal a product or a service from a Merchant using a credit/debit card, or any other method of payment is required to provide the right information in order to make the purchase such as the customer name, email, phone and credit card details. Our Merchants may transmit certain parts of this information to PayLineGlobal for the purpose of processing the transaction. We may disclose such Cardholder Data to banks, processors, credit and debit card organizations and associations, and other financial institutions that are involved in the course of effecting the transaction represented by the Cardholder Data. We will not disclose Cardholder Data to any third party, except to facilitate and complete transactions submitted, or for providing services to our Users and/or Merchants, or to comply with laws or the rules and regulations of the respective card organizations or other payment entities (example:. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ..). In addition, PayLineGlobal may share certain Customer Data (but not Cardholder Data) with its affiliated entities for marketing and business purposes.

Users are required to protect their passwords and never share their passwords with anyone (PayLineGlobal Support will never ask for your password or sensitive details), users and merchants can enable the 2FA Security on their accounts for a higher level of security access. Merchants are also required to comply with various rules and regulations of the various credit and debit card organizations and networks relating to the security and safeguarding Cardholder Data, including, but not limited to, PCI, CISP and SDP. Merchants may be required to undergo periodic third-party data security assessments and periodic network scans to ensure that appropriate security measures are in place.

Our platform sends automated emails to our users and merchants such as and not limited to (Welcome upon Registration, Email Validation, Forget Password, One-Time Password OTP, etc.) Each customer has the full control over whether to receive email communications from https://PayLineGlobal.com and may opt-out via the unsubscribe in all our emails or via contacting us. If any user or merchant breaks our Anti-Spam policy and causes a damage to our email system, his/her account will be suspended immediately and will no longer have access to our services, as well as to our platform and will never be welcomed again to our platform.
