Welcome to PayLineGlobal Legal Agreement
Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") before accessing or using the PayLineGlobal platform and services ("Services"). Your access to and use of the Services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms govern all interaction between you and PayLineGlobal, whether using the Services as a User or a Merchant.
1. Definitions
Merchant: An individual or entity offering goods or services for sale through the PayLineGlobal platform.
User: An individual or entity using the PayLineGlobal platform to make or receive payments.
Services: The payment processing and related services offered by PayLineGlobal.
Platform: The PayLineGlobal website, mobile application, and any other related technology used to access the Services.
2. Eligibility and Prohibited Use
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
You are prohibited from:
Transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, obscene, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or racially or ethnically offensive.
Interfering with or disrupting the Services or any servers or networks connected to the Services.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Services.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
3. Accounts
To access certain features of the Services, you may need to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify PayLineGlobal immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Transactions
Users are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient funds available to complete any transaction initiated through the Services.
PayLineGlobal may charge fees for certain transactions or Services. You will be notified of any applicable fees before completing a transaction.
PayLineGlobal may terminate or suspend your account if you fail to pay any fees or charges.
5. Merchant Transactions
Merchants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of their goods or services.
Merchants must accurately describe their goods or services on the PayLineGlobal platform.
Merchants are responsible for fulfilling all orders placed through the Services.
PayLineGlobal may charge fees for certain merchant transactions or Services. You will be notified of any applicable fees before signing up as a Merchant.
PayLineGlobal may terminate or suspend your Merchant account if you violate any of these Terms or engage in any illegal or fraudulent activity.
6. Payment Processing
PayLineGlobal acts as a facilitator of online payments and does not hold customer funds.
Transactions are typically processed in real-time, but may be delayed due to various factors beyond PayLineGlobal's control.
PayLineGlobal is not responsible for any errors or omissions in transaction information provided by Users or Merchants.
7. Content
You own the content you submit to the Services. However, you grant PayLineGlobal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate the rights of any third party or these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content contained therein are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Services or any portion thereof.
You may not use any PayLineGlobal trademarks or logos without PayLineGlobal's express written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
PAYLINEGLOBAL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
PAYLINEGLOBAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYLINEGLOBAL'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES.
